To change the Customer Responsible (assignee) for multiple companies at once, follow these steps:
1. First, you need to filter the portfolio by the existing Customer Responsible.
Click on "Filter" in the top left corner of the Portfolio view.
Click on "Assignments".
Select the existing Customer Responsible. You now have a portfolio view showing all the companies for your selected Customer Responsible.
2. The next step is to select all the companies. Click the "select all" checkbox at the top of the list (located just below the "Filter" button). This will select all companies in the current view with a single click.
3. Now, the next step is to change the Customer Responsible for all these selected companies. In the top right corner, click on the type of change you want to make. To change the Customer Responsible, choose "Assign".
4. Click on the person you want to add as the Customer Responsible.
5. Next, click on the person(s) you want to remove as Customer Responsible.
6. You have now successfully changed the Customer Responsible for multiple companies at once.
