When performing a Strise Review, the user will always end up with a Strise PDF report as the end result. This is automatically stored in Strise, with a timestamp and the name of the employee who performed the Review attached to it.

In addition to this, the Strise PDF report is sent to your email. The default setting is that the PDF report is sent to the user who performed the review, but you can choose to change this to another email. NB! To change this you need to have Admin access.

In other words, you can use these steps to import/export all Review pdf's to your own internal system/archives.

To change this;

  • Go to Settings

  • Click on Team preferences

  • Under Team email, type in the email which should receive all PDF reports

Here you can for example create an email called «[email protected]», to get all reviews in on the same place.

Further more, you can choose to set up an RPA or something similar to read this email, to get all Strise PDF reports into your internal system/archive of choice. Contact your internal IT support to get this set up.

Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any other questions about this, or anything else we might help you with.
