We get our information from multiple third parties, and we do not filter the information we get from them any further. This is simply so you won't miss any relevant information.
In order for you to have the most accurate contact information, you have the opportunity to add any missing contact information manually.

If you can't find the contact person column, it could be because it's turned off in settings. Go to Settings → Features → Make sure Contact persons is checked.

Note: Contact person is an add on function. If you can't find Contact persons in settings it means your team doesn't have access to this function on your current plan.
