What do flags mean?

Flags are notable events for the company. Remaining events which isn't as notable can be found in the Monitor tab, or in the events section in the side panel.

In Strise we show four different flags, with different levels of severity.

Green Flags🟢:

  • New subsidiary

  • Significant change in the number of employees

  • Significant change in income

  • New CEO/Managing Director

  • Grants

  • Capital increase

  • Significant change in turnover

Blue Flags🔵:

  • Not VAT registered

  • Lacking a registry/approval

  • Merger

  • Connected to an industry with a high risk of money laundering

  • More than one active subsidiary (DK)

  • Legal case: Plaintiff / Accused

Yellow Flags🟡:

  • Decline in the number of employees

  • The CEO/Managing Director has left the company

  • Auditor's remark

  • Dissolution (not forced)

  • Industry change

  • The auditor has resigned

Red Flags🔴:

  • Bankruptcy

  • Court meeting for bankruptcy petition

  • Reconstruction negotiations

  • Major owners from high-risk countries

  • Dissolution or liquidation

  • Notice of forced dissolution

  • Forced dissolution

  • Notice of forced liquidation

  • Forced liquidation

    Note: It's not possible to remove any flags.

    You'll get notified of any new flags that get added in the notification icon in the top right corner.
