AMS Settings page is only available for Managers, and can be found under settings in the app.

Our AMS settings page provides Managers greater control over their screening experience. This panel allows you to customize search criteria to achieve more relevant results.

  • Search Duration: You can now limit your search to the last 1, 2, 3 or 5 years. If no duration is specified, the search will be performed for all available data.

  • Search Language: The solution can now screen for matches across five different languages: Danish, English, Finnish, Swedish, and Norwegian.

  • Search Keywords: Keywords can be added to generate more relevant searches. These keywords are combined with selected languages, company name, and organization number.

  • Filtering Results:

    • Sources: You can now specify which sources (such as .com, .co, .eu, .gov, etc.) should be included or excluded from the search results.

    • Topics: It is possible to customize the search by removing topics that are deemed irrelevant.

The AMS feature will now also deliver both Company AMS (AMS on the company entity) and Person AMS (AMS on any persons tied to the company) both in the Entity page, and in Review. On the Entity page, you will be able to see up to 100 AMS hits (shown based on your own AMS settings), and in Review you will see 20 AMS hits (the limit is lower in the Review view based on feedback from users that 20 is sufficient and 100 would take up a lot of space and time).
