In Strise, we list properties owned by companies. You can find this section under the credit score in the company's side panel. Here you will find information about:
Property Information: Here you get access to important information about each property, including location, size, and valuation.
Liens: For each property, we show a list of liens, detailing:
Amount: Indicates the size of the mortgage or debt associated with the property.
Creditor: Identifies who has security interests in the property, whether it's a bank, financial institution, or another party.
You can filter on mortgage creditor in Grow Our filtering feature in Grow allows you to effectively filter properties based on who the mortgage creditor is. This is particularly useful for quickly identifying properties encumbered by a specific creditor. We list the following types of liens:
Mortgage Document: This is the official registration of a mortgage on a property.
Recorded Mortgage: A registration of a standard mortgage on the property.
Recorded Forced Mortgage: Marks a situation where the mortgage is taken out as a result of a forced process.
Bond: A form of debt instrument that may be secured with a mortgage on the property.
Execution Proceedings: Refers to a legal action where a levy is made on the property.
Inalienability: Indicates restrictions on the disposition of the property.
Strise also offers alerts for specific types of liens, to ensure that you are updated with important information. These include:
Occupancy Right: Alerts about the right to live in a property under specific conditions.
Pre-emptive Right: Informs about a right to purchase the property before it is offered to others.
Usage Right: Indicates special rights related to the use of the property.
